CT diagnosis of external pulmonary endometriosis endometrium

Objective: To explore the predictive value of CT image in the diagnosis of external pulmonary endometriosis endometrium.Methods: Data of two external pulmonary endometriosis endometrium cases including CT images,pulmonary CT images scaned before,during and after menstruation were analyzed.Results: Both two cases showed periodical haemoptysis,cough and chest tightness.Besides,haemoptysis quantity and menstrual fluid volume was proportional related,all symptoms relived after menstruation.Pulmonary CT images showed periodical lesions and nodules which were similar with inflammation and showed similar cycles as menstruation.Conclusions: External pulmonary endometriosis endometrium can be diagnosed according to disease history,reproductive history,and periodical changes of pulmonary CT images.
