Abstract
Objective:To evaluate hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy in diagnosis and treatment of infertility.Methods:Forty-eight patients with infertility underwent hysteroscopy and laparoscopic operation;their etiological factors were diagnosed and pertinently treated.Results:Abnormity was detected in 97.92% of the patient(47/48).Among them,chronic pelvic inflammatory disease accounted for 31 cases,endometriosis 8 cases,polycystic ovarian syndrome 3 cases,endometrial polyps 2 cases,mediastinum uterus 1 case,intrauterine adhesion 1 case and benign ovarian tumors 1 case.No complications caused by hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy were found.The pregnancy rate was 48.5% after 3 years.Conclusions:The procedure of combined laparoscopy and hysteroscopy has great value in diagnosis and treatment of the infertility.
