Efficacy of laparoscopy in the treatment of endometriosis-related infertility and khronic hypogastralgia

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of laparoscopy in the treatment of endometriosis-related infertility and chronic hypogastralgia.Methods The infertility in different groups and the effect of laparoscope in 83 cases of en dometdosis-related chronic hypogastralgia and infertility patients were retrospectively investigated.Results The lysis rate of EMT-related chronic hypogastralgia by laparoscopic surgery was 72.29%.In groups with GnRHa,the pregnancy rate was up to 62.9%,was much higher than the other groups(P0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopy can treat EMT.related chronic hypogastralgia and the use of GnRHa after surgery improve the pregnancy rate greatly.
