Abstract
Objective
To investigate the effect of Xiao's double C combined with Three H mode of nursing on the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients with ovarian cyst after operation.
Methods
A total of 92 patients with ovarian cyst in this hospital from April 2015 to March 2017 were selected.According to the random number table method, they were divided into the control group and the research group, 46 cases of each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the research group was given Xiao's double C combined with Three H nursing on the basis of routine nursing. The anal exhaust time and length of hospital stay, quality of life scores (GQOLI-74), nursing satisfaction and complication rate were compared between the two groups.
Results
The time of anal exhaust and hospitalization were less in the research group than in the control group(P 0.05). GQOLI-74 scores of the two groups were higher after intervention than before intervention, and the research group was higher than the control group(P<0.05). The satisfaction rate of the research group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of complications was lower in the research group than in the control group(P<0.05).
Conclusions
Xiao's double C combined with Three H type of nursing on treating patients with ovarian cyst after operation can shorten the time of hospitalization and recovery of body function, improve the quality of life, reduce the risk of postoperative complications and improve nursing satisfaction.
