Clinical Research on Qiguishengbanfang for Immune Thrombocytopenia:A Report of 34 Cases

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Qiguishengbanfang on chronicity immune thrombocytopenia.Methods:Tatally 60 ITP patients were randomized into 2 group,treatment groups 32 cases were given Qiguishengbanfang(composition: Mongolian Milkvetch Root、Cassiabarktree Twig 、rehmannia dride rhizome、Radix Polygoni Multiflori、Divaricate Saposhnikovia、Red Peony Root、Ginseng、largehead atractylodes rhizome、tuckahoe、Glossy Privet Fruit、Herba Epimedii、Medicinal Morinda Root、Liquorice Root).Control group 28 cases,were given danazol combined with Antaisu,course of treatment was 3 months.Results:The effective rate of the treatment group is 87.5%,control group is 42.9%,There was significant difference to comparetwo groups(P0.01),and the treatment group has obviously low platelet antibody level,enhance regulative T cell and leucocyte.Conclusion:The Qiguishengbanfang has definite curative effect for chronicity immune thrombocytopenia and Improve patients immunity,,deserve to extend in clinic.
