Comparison the effects of endometriotic patients treated with GnRH-a,gestrinone and mifepristone after conservative surgery

Objective: To investigate the efficacy of gonadotropin releasing hormone,gestrinone and mifepristone on endometriotic patients after conservative surgery.Methods: 122 women with endometriosis after conservative surgery were divided into three groups randomly.40 cases in the group of gonadotropin releasing hormone(GnRH-a),40 cases in the gestrinon group,42 cases in the mifepristone group.The remission rate,pregnancy rate and the level of sex hormone before and after treatment were compared.Results: The remission rate and the pregnancy rate of GnRH-a group(92.5% and 75.0%) were higher than that in gestrinon and mifepristone group(82.5%,50.0% and 83.3%,54.5%),the difference were significantly(P0.05).The recurence rate of these group was no significant difference(P0.05).The level of LH,FSH,E2 were lower than that before treatment(P0.05).But there were no changes before and after treatment in gestrinon and mifepristone group(P0.05).However,the level of LH,FSH,E2 in group A were lower than that in gestrinon and mifepristone group(P0.05).Conclusion: After conservative surgery,GnRH-a can increase the rate of conception,which is an effective method.
