АКТУАЛЬНОСТЬ ИЗУЧЕНИЯ КАЧЕСТВА ЖИЗНИ ЖЕНЩИН, ПЕРЕНЕСШИХ НЕОТЛОЖНУЮ ГИСТЕРЭКТОМИЮ В РОДАХ (ОБЗОР ЛИТЕРАТУРЫ)

In this time one of the important direction of medicine and public health development is the improvement of life quality for patients with various pathologies. Thus the life quality of patients is considered in complex evaluation of rendered medical care. It is believed that the quality of life for women after hysterectomy and obstetric bleedings is the second evaluation criteria of treatment effectiveness. In addition, the evaluation of life quality allows to optimize the treatment strategy and to choose optimal treatment and rehabilitation methods for patients (Matevosyan А.N., 2005; Doletskaya D.V., 2006). The importance of the studied problem requires an in-depth analyze to develop more effective approaches in the rehabilitation measures. The timeliness of this study is defined by necessity to improve the effectiveness of medical, social and psychological rehabilitation of women undergone the urgent hysterectomy. It should be noted that currently there are no united approaches to organization of examinations and case follow-ups for this patients’ group in the long period, as well as to complex rehabilitation for them after major obstetric bleedings.
