Abstract

Endometriosis(EM) is a common disease in department of gynecology.The increases of activated macrophages and their products in peritoneal fluid,including IL-1,IL-6,IL-8,TNF,et al,may create a celiac microenvironment.Occurrence of endometriosis depends on the function of immune barrier system of celiac microenvironment.Research shows that traditional Chinese medicine can inhibit the development of endometriosis by improving the function of cells in peritoneal fluid,balance abnormal expressions of cytokines and active substances,and influence other biochemical factors and so on.
