Abstract
Objectives To analyze the application effects of single-disease clinical pathway in Department of Gynecology.Methods The patients were divided into experimental and control groups according to clinical pathway standard,and the indexes were analyzed as material-medic expenses,medical expenses,date-before-operation and average length of the stay in hospital.Results There were of no significant differences between two groups of caesarean section,uterine fibroids and adenomyosis patients(P0.05),and the significant differences were between two groups of cervical cancer and tubal pregnancy patients(P0.05).Conclusion The implementation of clinical pathway for gynecologic patients could shorten the length of hospital stay and reduce the medical expenses.
