Реконструктивно-восстановительная пластика несостоятельного рубца на матке влагалищным доступом вне беременности

The article presents the authors' own experience of reconstruction of inconsistent uterus scar through vaginal access in the absence of pregnancy. The reconstruction of inconsistent uterus scar is made to 21 patients. 19 of them (90.5%) showed the formation of consistent scar, including 4 patients operated for endometriosis of uterus scar. 7 of them got pregnant after 1-1.5 years after the operation. 6 patients delivered in due term, 1 patient at 27-28 weeks due to heavy gestosis. The estimation of the treatment efficiency allows to consider this type of reconstruction to be highly effective and minimally traumatic surgical intervention.
