Abstract
Objective To investigate the value of color Doppler ultrasound in the differential diagnosis of uterine fibroids and adenomyosis. Methods A total of uterine fibroids, adenomyosis 30 patients as research subjects.Using PHILIPS IU22 and Kaili 5500 color Doppler ultrasonography to observe ultrasonographic and color Doppler imaging. Results Uterine fibroids sonogram mainly to the uterus were limitations uplift irregular shape, round isoechoic or hypoechoic mass seen in the section, the rear of the echo attenuation phenomenon many to uterine fibroids boundaries clear, the surrounding is false capsule formation dark halo with;the adenomyosis sonogram mainly uterine mild diffuse increase uniformity previously diameter increased for lesions confined to the uterine wall and corner, posterior echo more to enhance the main muscle wall boundaries more clearly, but the surrounding area has no dark band aura.Uterine fibroids group RI adenomyosis group, the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound is basis for identification of uterine fibroids and adenomyosis pseudocapsule.
