Clinical effect of different laparascope treatments on overian endometrioma cystectomy

Objectives: To investigate the clinical effects of direct stripping treatment and water separation treatment on overian endometrioma cystectomy. Methods: 150 patients with overian endometrioma cystectomy were chosen and randomly divided into two groups,control group(75 patients) to receive direct stripping treatment and observation group(75 patients) for water separation treatment. The operation time,bleeding volume in operation,positive rate of normal ovarian tissue and follicles number in cyst wall,and levels of FSH,LH,E2 and AMH before and after treatment of both groups were compared. Results: There was no significant difference in operation time and bleeding volume in operation between the two groups(P 0. 05); the positive rate of normal ovarian tissue andfollicles number in cyst wall of the observation group was significant better than control group,with statistically significant difference(P 0. 05). The levels of FSH,LH,E2 and AMH of both groups after treatment were significantly better than these before treatment(P 0. 05). The improvement in levels of FSH,LH,E2 and AMH of observation group after treatment was significant better than control group,with statistically significant difference(P 0. 05). Conclusion: Compared with direct stripping treatment,water separation treatment on overian endometrioma cystectomy can efficiently relieve the injury of normal ovarian tissue,protect ovarian reservation and is essential to improve the life quality after surgery.
