Objective:To evaluate the Diagnosis value of the joint ultrasound in the Adenomyosis,Improving,the Ultrasound diagnosis accordanrt rate.Methods:To make a retrospective image analysis on 145 patients confirmed by operation and pathology with Adenomyosis.Results:The Uterus of 145 patients with Adenomyosis increased to varied extent,but no Form change,of 35 samples diffuse Uniformity Increase,47 samples The Later wall thickend,more see,second the anterior the lateral was less common 22samples combined with myoma of uterus,.27 samples combined with adenomyoma,14 samples combined with ovarian endometriosis cyst.Ultrasound diagnosis Adenomyosis 132 samples,the Ultrasonographic coincidence rate was 91% .Conclusion:The jcombined ultrasound in diagnosis on Adenomyosis might have great value for treatment and clinical choose to have a direct instruction.
