Abstract
A case of ectopic pregnancy 12 years after tubal sterization associated with myoma uteri and adenomyosis was treated in Ratchaburi Hospital. One hundred and one cases of ectopic gestation, from 1987 to 1991, are reviewed and discussed. Post tubal sterization ectopic pregnancy incidence is 6-12.3%, none has been reported, in retrospective review of 10 years literatures, to be associated with myoma and adenomyosis.
