Abstract

Objective To study the compliance and influencing factors of gonadotropin releasing hormone agonist(GnRHa) in treating patients with endometriosis.Method Investigate 140 patients with endometriosis taking GnRHa by self-designed questionnaire on compliance of GnRHa,knowledge questionnaire on endometriosis,self-rated abilities for health practice scale and social support scale.Result Score of compliance of GnRHa for patients is(24.06±2.89) from total score of 8~32.GnRHa compliance has positive correlation to endometriosis knowledge,self-efficiency and social support.Score of endometriosis knowledge and self-rated abilities are significant predictors of patients' compliance of GnRHa.Conclusion The general compliance of GnRHa in treating patients with endometriosis is nice.But it should be improved in regularly hormonal monitoring,estrogen administration and out-door physical exercise.Knowledge propaganda and education on endometriosis and self-efficiency for patients should be enhanced in nursing intervention.
