Abstract

Objective:To assess the application value of transabdominal and transvaginal ultrasonography in the differential diagnosis of uterine myoma and uterine adenomyosis.Methods:Retrospective analysis was performed in 92 patients with uterine myoma or unterine adenomyoma undergone transabdominal and transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonic examination.The results were compared with the postoperative pathological findings.Results:Ultrasonic diagnosis led to differentiation of uterine myoma from uterine adenomyosis by 93.8% and 92.8%,respectively.Conclusion:Ultrasound examination appears competent for differential diagnosis of uterine myoma and uterine adenomyoma.
