This paper proposes a cosmic homology theory general outline of "Topology as the Root, Fluctuation as the Soul, and Three Homologies & Three Boundaries as the Framework": taking independent generators of homology groups as the topological origin, constructing a manifestation framework of "10-dimensional spacetime = 5-dimensional core + 5-dimensional mirror", and forming a unified axiom system linking mathematical topology and physical reality with "Three Homologies & Three Boundaries" as constraint conditions. This paper integrates observational data such as cosmic microwave background, quantum entanglement, and galaxy rotation curves to verify the self-consistency and universality of the core propositions of the theory. Its innovation lies in providing a new underlying logical basis for cutting-edge issues such as quantum-gravity unification and spacetime modeling.
