Abstract
Objective To evaluate the patient-controlled epidural analgesic effect of ropivacaine combined with different dosages of sufentanil after uterine artery embolization(UAE).Methods 90 patients aged 28-42 with adenomyosis scheduled for UAE were chosen and randomly divided into three groups(n=30)with double-blind method:groupⅠ(sufentanil 0.5 mg/L combined with 0.2% ropivacaine),group Ⅱ(sufentanil 0.75 mg/L combined with 0.2% ropivacaine),group Ⅲ(sufentanil 1.0 mg/L combined with 0.2% ropivacaine).VAS scale,Ramsay scale, improved Bromage scale and the occurrence of side effects such as nausea and vomit at 4h(T_1),8h(T_2),12h(T_3),24h(T_4)after analgesia were observed and recorded. Results The improved Bromage scale in all three groups is 0,Ramsay scale in all three groups is 2.Compared with groupⅠ,the VAS in group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ decreased significantly(P0.05),5 patients in groupⅠrequired additional pethidine i.m.Nausea and vomit occurred in 4 patients in group Ⅲ.Conclusion The combination of sufentanil 0.75 mg/L and 0.2% ropivacaine is the best regimen in the study for epidural analgesia after UAE with low occurrence of side effects, which is suggested for promotion in clinic.
