Abstract

Objective:To investigate the pathogenesis of the infertility and the diagnostic value of laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy in patients within fertility.Methods:A retrospective analysis of 60 infertile women who had accepted examination and correlative treatment under the combined laparoscopy and hysteroscopy in two years.Results:The leading cause of infertility were chronic pelvic flammatory disease,endometriosis,endometrial polyps,fallopian tube obstruction,oophoritic cyst and treat directly.Compared with laparoscopy alone or hysteroscopy alone,laparoscopy combined with hys-teroscopy was superior in the diagnosis(P0.05).The rate of tubal unobstruction after operation is 71.43%,and the rate of pregnancy is 36.54%.Conclusion: The examination by hysteroscopy and laparoscopy can find the reasons of prmi ary infertility as early as possible,but also treat them,which is good for raising the rate of pregnancy.
