In the structure of gynecologic diseases chronic salpingo-oophoritis forms from 38% up to 70% [6,8], causing in 35-68% events tubalperitoneal sterility, in 28-43% breach of the processes to ovulations. Permebility of the uterine tubes after operative laparoscopy forms 78-86%, frequency of the approach to pregnancy 21-38% that shows necessity to develop further rehabilitation reproductive systems in patients with HS. The row of the researchers recommend to conduct physical methods of rehabilitations of the reproductive functions at early postoperative period for the reason of prophylaxis of secondary occlusion of uterine pipes and regulation of the adiposogenital suprarenal ovarial system. Repeated use of the formed physical factors duringa day allows to intensify the physiotherapeutic influence for the reason of reductions of the periods of the treatment without reduction of clinical efficiency.
