Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficiency of selective transcatheter uterine artierial embolization( TUAE) in the treatment of adenomyosis. Methods TUAE on 75 patients who diagnosised adenomyosis,and the clinical effect were analyzed. Results Dring the operation,the blood supply of adenomyosis were completely blocked. After TUAE,67 patients with dysmenorrheal cured,6 patients significantly relieved,2 patients relieved,the menstruation reduced,the uterus and lesions shrinked,hemoglobin levels raised. Conclusion TUAE is a minimally invasive,curative effect treatment method.
