Effect observation enantone and Gestrinon in treatment of endometriosis after operation

【Objective】To explore the efficacy of enantone and Gestrinon in treatment of patients with pelvic endometriosis after laparoscopic operation【Methods】115 cases with endometriosis after laparoscopic operation were divided into three groups.A: enantone group(n-45),B: Gestrinon group(-45),C: control group(-25),all of them were regularly followed-up.The efficacy,relapse rate,pregnancy rate and side effect were compared among the three groups【Results】There was no obvious difference between A and B group in efficacy and relapse rate(P 0.05).The efficacy in C group was worse than that in the other two groups(P 0.05),and the relapse rate in C group was obvious higher than that in the other two groups(P 0.01).Among patients of rAFS Ⅲ～IV,the pregnancy rate in C group was lower than that in the other two groups【Conclusion】The relapse rate is lower in laparoscopy combined with medicine group than that in simple operation group for the treatment of endometriosis.Patients of r-AFS 11I ～IV treated with medicine after operation have the increased pregnancy rate.
