Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical curative effects of laparoscopic in the endometriosis treatment. Methods Selected 87 cases of patients pathological examination results confirmed and diagnosed endometriosis and given operation treatment in our hospital, in which 53 patients with laparoscopic operation treated (laparoscopic group), 34 patients with abdominal operation treated (laparotomy group), followed up for 2 years, pregnancy rate and recurrence rate were observed. Results The operation time, blood loss, postoperative ventilation time, hospital stay of the laparoscopic group were obviously shorter than (less than) that in laparotomy group, there were significant differences between the two groups (P 0.05) and without significant difference between the operation times (P 0.05). Two years later, the endometriosis recurrence rate of the laparoscopic group was a little lower than that of the laparotomy group, the pregnancy rate of women requiring childbearing of laparoscopic group was slightly higher than the laparotomy group, but without significant difference (P 0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic treatment for endometriosis is safer, more effective, the hospital stay is shorter, with higher pregnancy rate after infertility.
