Abstract
症例は49歳,女性,右気胸による7度の入院歴と1度の手術歴があった.気胸の発症は月経周期との関係は乏しかった.8度目の入院時,診断・治療目的に胸腔鏡下手術を行ったところ,右横隔膜に多数の欠損孔を認めたため,横隔膜部分切除を施行した.病理検査にて,横隔膜腹腔側を中心に異所性子宮内膜組織を認め,月経随伴性気胸と診断した.月経周期に一致しない場合でも,女性の反復する気胸を認めた場合には,月経随伴性気胸を疑い,診断・治療のために手術を行うことが重要である.
