Abstract
症例は49歳，女性，右気胸による7度の入院歴と1度の手術歴があった．気胸の発症は月経周期との関係は乏しかった．8度目の入院時，診断・治療目的に胸腔鏡下手術を行ったところ，右横隔膜に多数の欠損孔を認めたため，横隔膜部分切除を施行した．病理検査にて，横隔膜腹腔側を中心に異所性子宮内膜組織を認め，月経随伴性気胸と診断した．月経周期に一致しない場合でも，女性の反復する気胸を認めた場合には，月経随伴性気胸を疑い，診断・治療のために手術を行うことが重要である．
