Material und Methodik Es werden die wichtigsten bekannten Scoresysteme mit Beispielen aus dem eigenen Archiv präsentiert, miteinander verglichen und aus dem Aspekt des klinischen Nutzens analysiert. Ergebnisse Alle wichtige Scoresysteme (rASRM, EFI, #ENZIAN) haben eine Existenzberechtigung. Die Bedeutung von den einzelnen Systemen ist von dem klinischen Anwendungsgebiet, insbesondere von den Hauptbeschwerden – Sterilität oder Schmerzen – abhängig. Zusammenfassung Im Rahmen der strukturierten Erfassung der Endometriose sollte die behandelnde Person alle Scoresysteme kennen und je nach klinischer Relevanz bei der einzelnen Patientin anwenden.
