Clinical Analysis of 23 cases of Abdominal Wall Endometriosis after Caesarean

Objective:To explore diagnose,treatment and prevention of abdominal wall endometriosis after caesarean.Method:Carries out the review and summary on 23 abdominal wall endometriosis after caesarean.Result:Abdominal wall endometriosis after caesarean was one of forward complication of caesarean,happened after caesarean for 2 years,showed the painfulness bag piece in operation scar appears with the menstrual cycle,enhance with course of disease,part patient CA125 raise,had more representative medical history and clinical manifestation.Conclusion:That operation is an effective method to abdominal wall endometriosis after caesarean,close preventive against endometrium plant in caesarean is important.
