Abstract

Objective:To study the value of laparoscopy in diagnosis and trantment of female infertility.Methods:66 cases of female infertility in recent two years were analyzed retrospectively.Results:Of 66 cases, 63 cases had pelvic pathological changes, the pregnancy rates were 95.45%, the first was chronic pelvic inflammation, the second was endometriosis.After the operations of fimbria expansion or salpingostomy, the reopen rate of fallopian tubes was 63.38%.Conclusion:Laparoscopy can earlier,directly find out the reason of in fertility which caused by pelvis clisease,to provide timely therapy,and to examine the conditions of fallopian tubes. Laparoscopy have important value of diagnosis and treatment in female infertility.
