To Study the Significance in Endometriosis Diagnosis by Determination of Serum CA199

Objective To study the significance in endometriosis diagnosis and in consideration of severeness by determination of serum CA199 level,and to prove the efficiency of serum CA125 detection to the endometriosis diagnosis.Methods The serum CA125 and CA199 level in 110 patients with endometriosis were measured by microparticle enzyme immunossay.Divide the 110 patients into four groups according to the surgical pathologic representation and AFS staging,and study the CA199 results respectively depending on the complication and other gynecological disease.Results The patients group with higher AFS staging,are higher in serum CA199 detection.Conclusion The serum CA199 level can indicate the severeness of endometriosis,and may be a useful reference method for the endometriosis diagnosis.
