Abstract
Objective:To clinically analyze the rupture of ovarian endometriotic cysts.Methods:The clinical data of63patients with rupture of ovarian endometriotic cysts confirmed by operation and pathology in past11years were analyzed.Results:Reproductive women were susceptible to this disease.The disease was easy to be misdiagnosed as ectopic pregnancy,rupture of corpus luteum,ovarian cysts and so on.Conclusion:The acute abdominal emergency presented by rupture of ovarian endometriotic cysts should be emphasized.When a diagˉnosis was confirmed,an operation is necessary after giving antibiotic and supporting treatment.
