Study on the Comprehensive Application Value of GnRH-a in Combination with Laparoscopic Surgery in the Treatment of Patients with Endometriosis

Objective To study and analyze the comprehensive application value of GnRH-a in combination with laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of patients with endometriosis.Methods 42patients with endometriosis who were treated with laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from July 2011to January 2013were selected as control group,42patients who were treated with GnRH-a combined with laparoscopic surgery at the same time were selected as observation group.The total treatment effective rate of stageⅢ and Ⅳ,serum disease-related indexes and relapse-related indexes before and after the treatment of two groups were compared.Results The total treatment effective rate of observation group with stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ were respectively higher than those of control group,serum disease-related indexes and relapse-related indexes after the treatment were all lower than those of control group(P0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive application value of GnRH-a combined with laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of patients with endometriosis is higher,and it also plays an active role in improving the treatment efficacy and controlling the relapse of disease.
