Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of uterine artery embolization for adenomyosis.Methods 45 cases of adenomyosis patients with uterine arteries embolization,observing uterine size and degree of symptom relief.Results 44 cases of uterine artery embolization successfully,due to severe pain 1 case,only side of uterine arterial embolization.Postoperatived follow-up 3 to 12 months,30 cases(66.7%) complete remission of symptoms,15 cases(33.3%) apparent ease.Conclusion Uterine artery embolization in the treatment of uterine adenomyosis is retain the uterus to alleviate dysmenorrhea,reducing the amount of menstrual,trauma in small,fast recovery.The effect is clear,and patients with widely accepted.
