Clinical effect analysis on excision surgery combined with postoperative medication adenomyosis

Objective To investigate the curative effects of uterine adenomyosis lesion resection combined with different drug treatment,providing clinical basis for the treatment.Methods All patients were randomly divided into group A,B and C according to different treatments,surgery plus Diphereline group,surgery plus oral contraceptive group and surgery alone group.VAS scores,dysmenorrhea,and complications of the three groups were observed and compared.Results The pre-treatment VAS scores of the groups had no significant difference (P＞0.05).The VAS scores of three groups after treatment were significantly reduced,and the surgery plus Diphereline group scored significantly lower than the other two groups,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).All patients' dysmenorrhea in sttrgery plus Diphereline group relieved,and there was a statistically significant difference among the three groups (P＜0.05).Surgery plus Diphereline group was superior to the other two groups.No serious complications happened in three groups.Conclusion Surgery plus Diphereline treatment to uterine adenomyoma patients can effectively improve dysmenorrhea,menorrhagia and other symptoms,which is a safe and effective method for fertility patients.
