Abstract
Scar endometriosis is a rare extrapelvic manifestation of endometriosis. It occurs when endometrial tissue is found in a surgical scar, most commonly after a cesarean section. We report the case of a young woman who presented with pain and swelling due to cyclical changes involving a Pfannenstiel scar. Scar endometriosis was suspected, and the lesion was surgically excised of the scar endometriosis. Postoperative histopathology confirmed the scar endometriosis.
