Abstract

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of total laparoscopic hysterectomy.Methods:Total laparoscopic hysterectomy were performed in patients with uterine myoma,adenomyosis and functional uterine bleeding.Results:All the 66 patients were operated successfully,one case was performed conversion to open laparotomy,complication occurred in one case.The success rate was 97%.The mean duration of surgery was 50-190 min,the mean bleeding quantity was 95-265 ml,duration of hospitalization ranged from 3 to 6 days.Conclusions:Total laparoscopic hysterectomy should be applied in clinical extensively,for its small trauma and low abdominal disturbance.
