Abstract
Objective To explore the research progress in the treatment of endometriosis, observe the efficacy and long-term effect of laparoscopic surgery combined with gestrinone on endometriosis. Methods 120 cases of patients with endometriosis diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January, 2010 to March, 2013 were randomly selected and divided into two groups, 60 cases in the observation group were treated with laparoscopic surgery and given gestrinone postoperatively, and the other 60 cases in the control group were given laparoscopic surgery without medication. The observation group took gestrinone after the first menstruation postoperatively, twice a week, for 6 months, and they were followed up, the conditions of them were recorded. Results Both groups underwent laparoscopic surgery, the processes were similar, postoperative treatment such as pulling out the catheter, injection of antibiotics, length of hospital stay were basically consistent. Postoperative efficacy: after the treatment, of the observation group, there were 52 cases of patients with complete remission, accounting for 86.7%, 6 patients with postoperative recurrence, accounting for 10%, including 50 patients with normal ovulation, accounting for 83.33%, 16 cases of patients demanding for birth were pregnant, accounting for 75%; and of the control group, there were 39 cases of patients with complete remission, accounting for 65%,19 patients with postoperative recurrence, accounting for 31.6%, including 48 patients with normal ovulation, accounting for 80%, 10 cases of patients demanding for birth were pregnant, accounting for 55%. The indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery is safe and effective in the treatment of patients with endometriosis with rapid recovery, which has become the best choice for doctors and patients at present. And gestrinone is an effective drug used in the treatment of endometriosis in recent years. Laparoscopic surgery combined with gestrinone in the treatment of endometriosis can not only improve the therapeutic effect, but also effectively prevent the recurrence, which has a very positive effect, and is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
