Abstract

Выполнен анализ случаев эндохирургического лечения эндометриоидных кист яичников у 32 пациенток репродуктивного возраста. Нами было выявлено, что применение монополярной коагуляции оказывает редуцирующее воздействие на фолликулярный резерв яичников. Также овариальный резерв зависит от исходной величины эндометриомы. Для оценки овариального резерва использовались современные маркеры: ингибин В и антимюллеровский гормон.Analysisof the results of surgical treatment in 32 patients of reproductive age after endosurgicalcuration of ovarian endometriomas has revealed that monopolar coagulation diminished an ovarian follicular reserve,modern markers of which (inhibin B and Mullerian inhibiting substance) were used.
