A Scoping Review of Clinical Guidance on Flares of Symptoms in Endometrosis

This research project is a scoping review of the clinical guidance of the management of flares of symptoms in endometriosis. This review aims to address the management of symptom flares in endometriosis within clinical guidance documents. This is expected to highlight areas of consistency and inconsistency within clincical guidance documents, providing a clearer perspective on the overall available guidance for the management of symptom flares in endometriosis. This review also aims to expose gaps within the current guidance and provide an outline for future development of clearer, more comprehensive clinical guidance for the treatment of endometriosis flares.
