Clinical analysis of 125 cases of ovarian endometriosis

Abstract
Objective To study the clinical characteristics and clinical treatment of ovarian endometriosis and explore the relationship between CA125 levels and severity of ovarian endometriosis. Methods 125 cases with ovarian endometriosis admitted to our hospital from May 2009 to Decembe 2012 were selected.The clinical characteristics and treatment methods of the patients was analyzed. Results The symptomatic rate of severe group was higher than that of the mild group(P0.05).There was also no significant difference of age stages between two growps(P0.05);there was a significant difference of CA125 levels between mild group and severe group(P0.05).The choice of surgical procedures in various stage has significant difference(P0.05). Conclusion There is a great relationship between CA125 levels and the installments of endometriosis.We can choose the surgical operation reasonably accord the installment of endometriosis.
