Clinical Analysis for 36 Cases with Incisal Endometriosis of Abdomic Wall

Objective To research the clinical treatment for patients with incisal endometriosis of abdomic wall. Methods To review the cilinical files of patients who came to our hospital from Jannary of 2000 to Feburary of 2010 with incisal endometriosis of abdomic wall. Results The occurance of the disease of patients with no breast feeding were significantly shorter than patients with breast feeding(P=0.003).The occurance of the disease of patients less than thirty years old were significantly shorter than patients more than thirty yeats old(P=0.002).The occurance of the disease of patients whose first operations were conducted in the different grade of hospital were significantly different(P=0.002).Gastrinone after operation seems not benificial for the occurcance of this disease(P=0.56). Conclusion The happening of the incisal endometriosis of abdomic wall is intimately associated with the patients′ age,breast feeding and the skill of the doctor.We should improve the skill of operation for patients with gynecologic diseases and the breast feeding should also be advocated.
