Abstract

A 39‐year‐old woman with an adnexal mass and serum CA‐125 level of 1030 IU ml −1 was found to have pelvic adhesions and an ovarian endometrioma. This case demonstrates that significant CA‐125 elevation even in the presence of an adnexal mass is not always associated with ovarian malignancy.
