Abstract
Prospective randomized open research on assessment of efficiency of rehabilitation is performed for the assessment of clinical efficiency of sanatorium rehabilitation at chronic salpingo-oophoritis by dynamic supervision of 150 patients. The comparative assessment concerning the influence of pelotherapy and standard complex of rehabilitation actions testifies that both methods leads to reliable decrease in expressiveness of inflammatory and destructive processes in organism, but the pelotherapy also impacts on functional state of ovaries stimulates it. Inclusion to the comprehensive program of medical dirt increased efficiency of treatment. The degree of vegetative dysfunction reduced. The improvement of parameters of life quality of at the surveyed women concerning usage of standard scheme of therapy was registered. Clinical and economic efficiency of rehabilitation of patients with chronic inflammatory diseases of uterine appendages with pelotherapy application is higher, than standard rehabilitation complex. Less cure is spent for the achievement of one percent of efficiency at using medical dirt, than at standard approach.
