Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of combination of laparoscopy and medicine in the treatment of endometriosis. Methods: 153 cases with endometriosis after laparoscopic operation were divided into 3 groups: mifepristone group was 45 cases, gestrinone group was 58 cases and control group was 50 cases. The efficacy, relapse rate, pregnancy rate and side effect were compared among these three groups. Results: There was no obvious difference between mifepristone and gestrinone group in efficacy and relapse rate(P0.05).The efficacy in control group was obvious worse than that in the other two groups(P0.01);the relapse rate in control group was higher than that in the other two groups(P0.01);The pregnancy rate in infertility patients was no obviously statistical difference after operation in these 3 groups. Conclusions: The relapse rate is lower in combination of laparoscopy and medicine group than simple operation group in the treatment of endometriosis. There is no obvious increasing of pregnancy rate after operation when treated with medicine.
