Abstract
The symptomatology at various localizations of external endometriosis at 750 patients is studied. In complex preoperative inspection US, hysteroscopy with a separate curettage of cervical canal of uterus and endometrium, irrigoscopy urography were used. It is noticed that the most frequent localization of external endometriosis were ovaries and ovaries of Douglas cal-de sac. Among symptoms acute abdominal pains with irradiation to anus and vagina were prevailed and they were accompanied by nausea, vomiting and even a short-term loss of consciousness.
