Диагностическое значение исследования цитокинов в аспирате из полости матки при заболеваниях эндометрия

IL-1β, IL-2, IL-4, ФНОα expression of uterus cavity aspirate and peripheral blood in 80 patients with endometrium pathology as well as in 20 healthy ones have been studied. Inflammatory cytokines concentration (IL-1β, IL-2, IL-4) subjected to testing was determined with set of reagents LTD «Protein Contour-Test» (St. Petersburg). ФНОα was registered with set of reagents «Vector Best» (Novosibirsk). Healthy patients' endometrium showed no IL-1β, IL-2 and ФНОα expression. IL-1β, IL-2 and ФНОα expression appeared to be marked in pathologic endometrium subjects. Higher cytokines concentration was determined in endometrial carcinoma. No IL-4 expression both in patients with endometrium pathology and in healthy ones was registered. Peripheral blood cytokines markedly level increase of the groups under study wasn't marked. The data obtained proved IL-1β, IL-2 and ФНОα of uterus cavity aspirate criteria to be possibly applied for both early stage neoplastic changes detection and endometrium pathology prognosis determination.
