CLINICAL STUDY ON MEN'S PURE RED CELL APLASIA TREATED WITH CONGRONG YISHEN GRANULE AND CICLOSPORIN A

Objective:To observe the effect and explore the mechanism of congrong yishen granule and ciclosporin A on men's pure red cell aplastic anemia.Methods: 48 cases with pure red cell aplastic anemia were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group was given congrong yishen granule and ciclosporin A,the control group was given danazol and ciclosporin A,all patients were treated 12 weeks. Changes of clinical efficacy related indexes such as RBC,Hb,Hct,E2,PRL,T and T lymphocyte subgroup were observed.Results: RBC,Hb and Hct were significantly improved after treated 12 weeks in the two groups,there was no difference between their curative effects. E2,PRL level decreased obviously in the two groups,T level increased,there was no difference in the two groups.CD3 and CD8 T lymphocyte were lowered and CD4,CD4/CD8 ratio were elevated after treated in the two groups,there was obvious difference between the two groups,the effect of treatment group was better than that of control.Conclusion:Congrong yishen granule and ciclosporin A can effectively treat pure red cell aplastic anemia,promoting secretion of testosterone to improve the red blood cell,regulating immunological function maybe one of its mechanism.
