Abstract

В структуре бесплодного брака частота женского бесплодия составляет 62–75%, мужского – 28–45%. Нарушение репродуктивной функции одновременно у обоих супругов диагностируется практически у каждой 3-й пары. Эти данные указывают на то, что обследование супружеской пары должно проводиться одновременно двумя специалистами – гинекологом и андрологом и план ведения уточняется в зависимости от выявленных факторов бесплодия. Дополнительно проводится консультирование с терапевтом, маммологом, эндокринологом, невропатологом, психотерапевтом и по показаниям – с сексопатологом и юристом.
