Expression of IL-6、IL-8 and TNF-α in the serum and peritoneal fluid of endometriosis patients and significance

Objective To investigate the expression of IL-6、IL-8 and TNF-αin the serum and peritoneal fluid of endometriosis patients and its clinical significance.Methods Selected 150 cases of endometriosis patients in the observation group and 100 cases of uterine fibroids surgery patients in the control group.Compared levels of IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-α in serum and peritoneal fluid of two groups.Analyzed the relation of preoperative cytokine levels and relapse rate in observation group.Results The difference of IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-α in serum and peritoneal fluid between two groups were statistically significant(P 0.01),the preoperative serum IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-α of observation group and the R-AFS were positively correlated(P 0.05).The differences of postoperative serum IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-α between two groups were not statistically significant(P 0.05).The relapse rate among the different levels of index classification of the observation was statistically significant(P 0.05),the index level and the recurrence rate were positively correlated(P 0.05).Conclusion IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-α are related to the occurrence of endometriosis,the development and prognosis and could determine the severity and prognosis.
