Correlation analysis of estrogen level and psychological state in hysteromyoma patients

Abstract

Objective It is to observe the psychological state and estrogen level of hysteromyoma patient and its correlation.Methods 44 hysteromyoma patients and 32 ovarian cyst patients were chosen.The survey was carried out with self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) and self-rating depression scale(SDS).Results There was no significant difference on anxiety score and depression score between the two groups,but there was significant difference on estrogen level between the two groups.The scores of SAS and SDS had no correlation to estrogen level.Conclusion The estrogen levels of hysteromyoma patients rise obviously and the patients have definite anxiety and depression symptom.So the mental intervention ought to be actively evolved.
