Abstract

Disclosed herein are oxazolidone compounds of the given formula wherein the substituents are as defined within the specification. Said compounds are useful for treating hormone-related conditions including contraception, treating or preventing fibroids, endometriosis, dysfunctional bleeding, uterine leiomyomata, polycystic ovary syndrome or hormone-dependent carcinomas, providing hormone replacement therapy, simulating food intake or synchronizing estrus.
