Effect of Sanjie Zhentong Capsule on Recurrent Rate and Pregnant Rate of Patients of Endometriosis together with Sterility after Celioscope Operation

Objective:To explore the effect of Sanjie Zhentong Capsule on recurrent and pregnant rates of patients of endometriosis together with sterility after celioscope operation.Methods:Divide 90 cases into 3 groups treated successively for 3 months,pure operation group with Sanjie Zhentong Capsule by oral taking,with gestrinone 2.5mg,2 times/2w.Observe 3 groups' pregnant rates and recurrent rates at 3,6 and 12 months.Results:At 3 months,Sanjie Zhentong group had the same pregnant rate 20%(6/30) as pure operation group,higher than gestrinone group 3.3%(1/30) (P0.05);at 12 months,the total pregnant rates were 70% and 3.3% respectively for Sanjie Zhentong group and gestrinone group,markedly higher than pure operation group33.3%,on sterility,the recurrent rates were 11.1% and 9.1% respectively for Sanjie Zhentong group and gestrinone group,and 50% for pure operation group;there's no marked difference between Sanjie Zhentong group and gestrinone group(P0.05),but do between Sanjie Zhentong group and pure operation group(P0.05).Conclusion:Sanjie Zhentong and gestrinone applied in endometriosis for assistant treatment can raise markedly the pregnant rate and reduce recurrent rate,moreover,the Sanjie Zhentong Capsule is safe,effective,with little side effect,easily accepted by the patients.
